Stringent controls enable the company to 'guarantee' products of highest quality. Papadum is a loanword from Malayalam "pappadam". Both pappadam and Hindi-Urdu pāpad are derived from the Sanskrit word "parpada", which is the name of a medicinal plant, and is also defined as 'a thin crisp cake'. In most curry houses of the United Kingdom and Australia, they are served as a starter alongside various dips and usually with mango chutney. Arul Pappadams are rich in proteins with 0% Cholesterol and 0% Fat. The Pappadams prepared by us will be 100% vegetarian and natural; with no added flavours, preservatives and colors. There is more than 100 varieties of which 30 are available in market.
